From photo to empty room
Most clearances start with a few photos on WhatsApp and end with a swept floor. In between, everything gets checked, sorted and taken away the right way.

We price by volume, access and any items that need special disposal, and confirm it before we book.
The crew arrives when agreed, with the van and covers to protect floors and stairs.
Room by room. Nothing goes until you’ve had the chance to keep it, and drawers and pockets get checked.
Usable items go to reuse where possible, metals and electricals to recycling, and the rest to licensed facilities.

It comes down to four things: the volume (we count it in van loads), the access (stairs, lifts, parking), anything with its own disposal route such as fridges, mattresses, paint or electricals, and the time the job needs. Yes. Most of our quotes are done from photos or a short video on WhatsApp. Take a picture of each room, the attic and any shed or garage, and add the area or Eircode. If the job is very large or out of the ordinary, we might phone for a chat or arrange a quick visit first.
Of course. Point out what's staying, or go through things with us as we work. No item goes on the van until you've said it can, and drawers, pockets and boxes are checked for papers, photos and valuables along the way.
Furniture and household goods in good condition go for reuse wherever that's an option. Old metal, white goods and anything electrical is sent for recycling, and only what's left is taken to licensed waste facilities. We're an authorised waste carrier with a valid NWCPO permit, number NWCPO-25-13287-01.

Every room is left empty, and floors get a sweep or a vacuum where they need one. We don't offer deep cleaning, but we can clean carpets and upholstery and power wash outside.
