What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and carry out the job:
- When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email (optional), the area or Eircode of the job, details of the job, any photos or video links you send, your preferred date and how you'd like us to reply.
- When you WhatsApp, call or email us: the details and photos you choose to share.
- When we do a job: the address, access arrangements, and anything needed to invoice you.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, sensitive information we don't need.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- to arrange, carry out and invoice the job
- to keep basic records we're legally required to keep (for example, for tax and waste-handling records)
Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legal obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.
Photos you send us
Photos you send for a quote are used only to price and plan the job. If we ever want to use a photo of your property on our website or social media, we'll remove anything that could identify you or your address. If you'd rather your photos are never used, just tell us.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and form host (which processes quote-form submissions on our behalf), email and messaging providers, and our accountant. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as tax and waste regulations require, then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. YouTube videos on the site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play, and from then on YouTube's own policy applies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email info@spotless.ie. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
