House clearance across County Wicklow
Wicklow is a county of two halves for a clearance company. Along the coast, Bray, Greystones, Wicklow town and Arklow are mostly estates, terraces and apartments, much like the Dublin suburbs. Inland, around the mountains, it's bungalows, cottages, farmhouses and one-off homes set on large plots, often with a shed, a garage and an outbuilding or two.
We work in both. Whether it's the whole house or one room, the loft, the garage, a shed or the garden, the price comes from your photos and is fixed before a date is agreed. The crew goes through drawers and boxes before they're carried out, gives you anything personal, and sweeps each room at the end.
North Wicklow: Bray, Greystones and Enniskerry
The north of the county is the closest to Dublin, and the easiest run for us.
- Bray (A98) has Victorian terraces near the seafront, big estates, and apartments in the town centre and by the harbour. Parking near the seafront needs a plan.
- Greystones (A63) is mostly family homes in estates, from the 1970s to the newer developments at Charlesland, with decent gardens and plenty of sheds.
- Enniskerry and Kilmacanogue sit just inland from Bray, with village houses and country homes on the slopes. Drives can be steep, so a photo of the entrance helps.
Down the coast: Wicklow town and Arklow
Further south, the N11 and M11 carry us down the coast past Newtownmountkennedy and Ashford to the county town.
Wicklow town (A67) has older terraced streets near the harbour and the Murrough, with estates spreading out towards Rathnew. Arklow (Y14), near the Wexford border on the Avoca River, has a similar mix of town-centre houses and estates, plus rural homes in the countryside around it.
These are longer trips from Dublin, so we plan them carefully: the right size of crew, the right number of van loads, and a realistic start time agreed when we book.

West Wicklow: Blessington and the lakes
The Wicklow Mountains sit in the middle of the county, so we reach the west side on the N81 out of Tallaght rather than across from the coast. Blessington, beside the Blessington Lakes, has estates close to the town and one-off homes scattered around the lakes. Further south along the N81, Baltinglass and the villages near the Carlow border are rural, with farmhouses and older homes.
On these jobs, access is the thing to tell us about: lane width, gates, steep drives and whether a van can turn at the house. If the house is empty and the family is spread around the country, we can agree access in advance and send photos of the finished job.
Shed clearance in Wicklow
Country plots tend to come with bigger sheds, and plenty of Wicklow homes have one. A typical outdoor clear-out might include a garden shed full of tools and flowerpots, a garage used as a store, a lean-to with old furniture, and a pile of garden rubbish nobody has had the time to deal with.
We clear all of it with the house, or on its own. If the shed has rotted, we take it down and remove it. Scrap is recycled, usable tools and furniture are kept for reuse where possible, and garden waste is kept separate from the rest. See shed clearance, garage clear-outs and garden clearance.

- Downsizing. From a country house to somewhere smaller in town, letting the rest go in one clearance.
- Attics. Decades of storage brought down safely. See attic clearance.
- Rentals and sales. Ready for viewings, the photographer or the next tenant. See property clearance.
- Apartments. Lifts and management rules planned in advance. See apartment clearance.

Need a house cleared in Wicklow? Send photos of each room, the attic and any sheds or outbuildings on WhatsApp, with your Eircode. You'll get a fixed price back, usually the same day.
Pricing and what happens to everything
Wicklow prices are worked out from what your photos show: how many loads the van will take, how hard the carry is from house to van, whether there are fridges, freezers, mattresses or electricals for separate recycling, and the time on site. You'll have a fixed figure before you book. Our cost guide explains each factor.
For the quote, photograph each room from the doorway, the attic through the hatch, every shed and outbuilding, and the approach to the house if it's rural. A short video walking through the house works just as well. Add your Eircode so we can see exactly where you are.
Anything reusable is put to one side, scrap and old electricals are recycled, and the remainder is driven to licensed facilities under our waste permit, NWCPO-25-13287-01. For a house heading to market, we can power wash the driveway and patio once it's clear.
