FAQ
Before you get in touch
What photos should I send?
For a clearance, one or two photos of each room or area that needs clearing, including the attic, garage, shed and garden if they're part of the job. For carpet cleaning, the rooms, stairs and any stains. For power washing, the whole surface plus a close-up of the worst part. Add your area or Eircode and anything about access or parking.
How quickly will I get a price?
Usually the same day, often within a couple of hours during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm). Very large jobs may need a quick call or a visit first.
Do I have to accept the quote?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. If you'd like to go ahead, we'll agree a date that suits you.
Can I book for a specific date?
Yes. Tell us your preferred date in the form or on WhatsApp. If you're working to a deadline, like a sale closing, a lease ending or a handover, let us know and we'll plan around it.
Do you come out to my county?
Dublin and all of Leinster, plus regular work in Laois and Drogheda. See areas we cover.
