Two motorways, one county
Most of County Kildare is an easy run from Dublin, and which motorway we take tells you a lot about the offices at the other end.
- The M4 corridor: Leixlip, Celbridge, Maynooth and Kilcock. Business parks near the motorway junctions, offices in converted houses, and a university town.
- The M7 corridor: Naas, Newbridge, Kildare town and Monasterevin. The county town and its professional offices, business parks off the motorway, and town-centre suites over shops.
- South Kildare: Athy and the countryside around it, with smaller offices, farm-business premises and rural units.
We're based in Dublin and cover all of Leinster, so the whole of Kildare is well within our usual area. The service is the same as anywhere: what we take, how electricals are recycled and how data is handled is on our main office clearance page. This page is about doing it well outside Dublin.
Business parks and Main Street offices
Kildare offices tend to fall into two kinds, and they clear quite differently.
Business parks off the M4 and M7 are usually modern, low-rise and well set up for vans, with car parks at the door, wide roads and roller doors on the units. Many businesses there also keep a container or a storeroom in the yard, full of old furniture, stock and archive boxes. Those jobs are mostly about volume, and they move fast.
Town-centre offices in Naas, Newbridge, Kildare town and Celbridge are often over shops or in converted houses on the main street: a stair, no lift, and parking that's tight during the day. Those are about careful carrying and timing, and an early start before the town gets busy.

How a Kildare day is organised
When we're coming out of Dublin, we plan the job tightly, because there's no popping back for the last few items. The day usually runs like this:
- Photos first. Every room, the storeroom, the stairs and the parking, or a short video. For a large site, a visit may make sense first.
- Fixed price, travel included. You'll know the full figure before you book.
- The right van and crew. Sized from your photos so the job is finished in one trip where possible.
- An early start. Morning traffic heads into Dublin, so our run out is against it.
- Clear labelling on your side. Anything staying is marked, so nothing gets left for a second visit.
If the volume turns out bigger than the photos showed, we'll tell you before loading and agree what happens next. Nothing changes without your say-so.
Clearing an office anywhere in Kildare? Send photos of each room, the storeroom and the parking, with the town and the dates that suit. We'll reply with a fixed price, travel included, usually the same day.

Towns without their own office page
Leixlip and Celbridge sit close to the M4 and the Dublin border, so they're a short run for us. Offices there are mostly in business parks near the motorway, or in converted houses and over shops in the town centres, where parking can be tight during the day.
Kildare town is on the M7 beyond Newbridge, with offices over shops around the square and businesses linked to the Curragh nearby. Kildare Village brings heavy traffic at weekends, so a weekday is usually smoother. Athy, further south, has smaller town-centre offices and rural business premises with yards and outbuildings; tell us about lanes and gates so we bring the right van.
Electricals, data and furniture
Wherever the office is, the rules are the same. Furniture in good condition is set aside for reuse where possible, metal is recycled, electricals go to electrical recycling, and the rest goes to licensed facilities. Data on old devices is the business's responsibility under GDPR, so wipe or remove drives first, and send confidential paper for shredding. We don't do strip-out, demolition, shredding or data destruction.
Price and the rest of the county
The price depends on volume, access, any dismantling and the distance, and it's agreed before you book. Spotless is fully insured, and our waste collection permit, NWCPO-25-13287-01, covers commercial waste from anywhere in the county.
For homes, our Kildare house clearance page covers the whole county, and our Kildare areas page lists every town we work in. Car parks, paths and entrances can be cleaned with power washing in Kildare.
