How Spotless started
Spotless began as a carpet cleaning business. Our founder, Ciprian, trained with Prochem, the carpet-care specialists, in 2018 (see the certificate), and spent years cleaning carpets, sofas and mattresses in homes across Kildare, Carlow and Dublin.
Again and again, customers asked the same question: "Could you take this away too?" An old sofa, a garage full of boxes, a parent's house after they'd passed. So we started clearing. Today house clearance and junk removal are the heart of Spotless. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is still a big part of what we do, and we've added power washing for driveways, patios and roofs.
As an authorised waste carrier, we collect under waste collection permit NWCPO-25-13287-01, and we're fully insured on every job.
How we work
Every job, from a single sofa to a five-bedroom house, follows the same few rules:
- Price first. You send photos, and we send a fixed price. No "we'll see on the day".
- Your things, your decisions. Nothing goes on the van until you've agreed, and drawers, boxes and pockets get checked as we work.
- Responsible disposal. Reusable items kept back, scrap and electricals recycled, and only the remainder sent to licensed facilities.
- Respect. For the house, the neighbours, and especially for families going through a bereavement or a difficult time.
- Clear communication. Most jobs are arranged on WhatsApp, with updates on the day and photos when it's done.
- Leave it right. Rooms empty, with a sweep or vacuum wherever the floor needs it.
What customers tell us
We'd rather you heard it from them. Our Google reviews come up with the same themes again and again: crews that were patient and understanding during a bereavement, jobs finished in the time promised and at the price quoted (even when the clear-out turned out bigger than expected), and being given time to sort and keep things on the day. You can read the reviews, word for word, or see them on our Google profile.
Three trades, one standard
- House clearance & junk removal. Houses, apartments, attics, garages, sheds, offices, storage units and single items, including bereavement and hoarder clearances.
- Carpet & upholstery cleaning. Hot-water extraction for carpets, stairs, sofas, mattresses and rugs.
- Power washing. Driveways, patios, roofs, gutters and walls.
